AAC is committed to delivering quality services in a secure manner to its internal and external customers. Today we are proud to announce that we have received an “unconditional approval” recommendation for continued registration against ISO 9001:2015 (quality), ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 (IT service) and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 (information security) standards.  Over the past twelve (12) months, we have taken our three management systems and integrated the overlapping processes into what we call our Integrated Management System (IMS).  Not only did we integrate our management systems but we also transitioned our ISO 9001 registration to the latest 9001:2015 version of the Quality Management system standard. 

 Stay tuned, in 4-6 weeks we will be receiving and posting our updated ISO certificates on our “Certificates and Awards” page.

Perhaps next year we might be looking at transitioning our ISO/IEC 20000-1 registration to the updated ISO/IEC 20000-1 standard; if it is published in time.
